Smart Print PLA Carbon Fiber is a premium PLA-based composite filament reinforced with carbon fibre for increased stiffness, reduced weight and a refined matte surface finish. It is designed for users who need reliable dimensional accuracy, clean visual results and easy processing on most compatible FDM/FFF 3D printers.
Main Features
Carbon fibre reinforced PLA: combines the printability of PLA with higher rigidity and improved shape retention.
Matte professional finish: reduces visible layer lines and gives printed parts a clean technical appearance.
Stable printing behaviour: controlled shrinkage and good dimensional stability help achieve consistent results.
Lightweight structural performance: suitable for functional prototypes and parts where stiffness and lower weight are important.
Broad printer compatibility: works with most FDM/FFF printers that support PLA processing temperatures.

Use Cases
Functional prototypes: ideal for parts that require stiffness, dimensional accuracy and an attractive surface finish.
Lightweight structural components: suitable for brackets, housings and design parts where reduced weight is beneficial.
Technical and visual models: well suited to prints that need both mechanical stability and a professional matte appearance.
Printing note: Active cooling is recommended for best surface detail and dimensional stability. For frequent or long-term printing, a hardened steel nozzle is recommended because carbon fibre can increase nozzle wear. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 50°C for 4–6 hours before use and store it in a sealed container with desiccant.
