Smart Print PLA Carbon Fiber in green is a premium 3D printing filament that combines the easy printability of PLA with the added stiffness of carbon fibre reinforcement. It is designed for users who need lightweight parts, improved rigidity, reliable dimensional accuracy and a refined matte surface finish for technical and visual applications.
Main Features
Carbon fibre reinforced PLA: improved stiffness and reduced weight compared with standard PLA.
Matte surface finish: produces a professional-looking appearance with less visible layer lines.
Stable printing behaviour: controlled shrinkage and good dimensional stability support consistent print results.
Wide printer compatibility: suitable for most FDM/FFF 3D printers working within PLA temperature ranges.
Optimised for functional parts: well suited to prototypes, housings, brackets and lightweight structural components.

Use Cases
Functional prototypes requiring higher stiffness and lower weight.
Technical components where dimensional stability and neat surface quality are important.
Visual and cosmetic printed parts with a clean matte finish.
Lightweight structural elements, brackets, covers and design-oriented parts.
Printing note: For frequent or long print runs, a hardened steel nozzle is recommended because carbon fibre particles may increase nozzle wear. If the filament absorbs moisture, dry it at 50°C for 4–6 hours before printing and store it in a sealed container with desiccant.
Important: This material is not intended for high-temperature applications, as PLA begins to soften above approximately 60°C.
