PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) 3D850 je bio razgradljiv polimer iz obnovljivih virov. Naš visoko kvalitetni PLA filament je narejen v EU.

Razlika med 3D850 PLA in standard 4043D PLA:

  • Lastnosti tiskanja so skoraj enaki
  • Hitrejša kristalizacija, kar pomeni hitrejše tiskanje
  • Izboljšana temperaturna upornost (od 90°C-110°C)*
  • Izboljšana natezna trdnost in odpornost na udarce

    • Material: NatureWorks IngeoTM 3D850 PLA

    Temperatura tiskanja: 190°C – 230°C

    Temperatura mize: ni potrebna ali 50°C - 70°C

    Toleranca: ±0,03mm in 1,75mm

  • *Za dosežek toplotne odpornosti je potrebno po končanem tisku objekt toplotno obdelati. Proces je zelo enostaven: Postavite natisnjeni objekt za 10-15 min v že segreto pečico na 80-130° C. Izklopite pečico in pustite, da se ohladi. Po kon?anem ohlajanju je objekt temperaturno odporen vsaj na 90° C.
